A sandwich panel is a factory-formed building panel made of two outer metal skins (PPGI sheet) bonded to an insulating core — EPS, PU or PIR foam. It is used as roofing and wall cladding for warehouses, cold storages, factories, poultry sheds and pre-engineered steel buildings across Pakistan, because it installs faster than brick-and-block and gives built-in insulation.
2-inch panels suit general roofing, partitions and warm-climate cladding. 3-inch panels are the most common choice for factory sheds and warehouses needing better insulation. 4-inch panels are used for cold storages, pharma-grade rooms and any structure where temperature control is critical. We also manufacture custom thicknesses on request.
EPS is the most economical core and is suited to general-purpose roofing and false ceilings. PU offers much higher insulation value per inch and is preferred for cold storage and food-grade applications. PIR is a fire-retardant version of PU foam, used where a higher fire rating is required by the client or by building regulations.
Our standard panel face is 0.45mm PPGI (pre-painted galvanized iron) on both the top and bottom skins, giving a durable, corrosion-resistant, weather-ready finish. Other gauges and colour-coated finishes are available on request.
