Common questions about sandwich panels, thickness, core types and PEB structures.
A sandwich panel is a pre-fabricated building panel with two metal (PPGI) skins bonded to an insulating core — EPS, PU or PIR — used for fast, insulated roofing and wall cladding.
2 inch, 3 inch and 4 inch as standard, with custom thickness manufactured for special insulation requirements.
EPS is the most economical core. PU gives the best insulation value per inch and suits cold storage. PIR is a fire-retardant version of PU used where a higher fire rating is required.
0.45mm PPGI (pre-painted galvanized iron) is our standard facing sheet on both sides of the panel.
Yes, panels are roll-formed to your project's exact length, and alternate PPGI colours and gauges are available on request.
Yes — we design, fabricate and erect complete Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel structures and then install sandwich panel cladding on the same structure.
We deliver and install in 25+ cities across Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Islamabad and Azad Kashmir. See our full Cities list for coverage.

Cold storage and food processing, textile and general manufacturing, poultry and dairy farming, logistics and warehousing, and pharma storage are the most common applications we serve.
Delivery timelines depend on panel quantity, thickness and destination city, and are confirmed on WhatsApp once your order specification is finalised.
